Wednesday Night Barre Intensity

Barre Intensity is an effective combination of Pilates, dance, and functional fitness utilizing an assortment of props and equipment for a more challenging approach. Join us for a fun 55 minute full body workout! All fitness levels are welcome

Bring your yoga mat, water, and towel.
We wear sticky socks or go barefoot, but you can always wear tennis shoes! Just make sure they’re clean 😊
