Join us for an unparalleled Agave Dinner, where modern Spanish flair meets the bold flavors of Oaxaca, Mexico. • Paloma paired with Octopus Ceviche - avocado mousse, cucumber, shallot, kumato tomato, lime, micro cilantro, squid ink tuile
• Casamigos Mezcal paired with Chorizo Mulita - marcona salsa matcha, smoked queso oaxaca, strawberry, radish, pickled red onion
• Mezcal Union paired with Lamb Porterhouse Chop - cacao rub, mole coloradito, grilled nopales, pickled chayote and carrot, black garlic Ccema
• X.A. Volcan paired with Tarta de Queso - double reposado caramel, tamarind gel, prickly pear powder, guajillo meringue, micro amaranth
