Through vocal toning and sound healing, we will journey through the chakras, balancing the endocrine system and promote well being. Awaken your inner vitality, reduce stress, improve sleep, lower blood pressure, clear subconscious blocks and boost your immune system. You will also receive take home materials for your own personal practice.

No prior experience is necessary- just bring your voice and an open heart!

Studio is equipped with mats, blankets, bolsters, eye pillows.
