Kids Yoga

Join us where young minds embark on a journey of self-discovery, creativity, and mindfulness through the magic of yoga! Designed especially for children aged 4 and up, this class is a delightful blend of movement, imagination, and relaxation, all rolled into one exciting package.

Throughout the class, our certified kids' yoga instructor will provide gentle guidance, ensuring each child feels comfortable and encouraged to participate at their own pace. Parents are welcome to join in or watch their child's yoga journey unfold.
