Women's Trauma Healing Retreat

This personalized women's retreat will focus on trauma recovery, specifically relationship/betrayal trauma and childhood trauma.

You will be part of a small group of women dedicated to healing and reconnection. The setting will include both group and individual sessions.Work closely with advanced-trained trauma therapists who will guide you on your transformative journey. Your experience will include 1:1/group sessions, somatic experiences, trauma-informed yoga, and accelerated resolution therapy. The retreat is intensive but includes ample downtime for reflection.
