Two days before the Supermoon, we’ll gather by the water to be held in sound, vibration, and rising lunar light.
Supermoons are a potent time for release, renewal, and intention. As crystal bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments ripple across the pool, the water amplifies their vibration — creating an immersive experience for body, mind, and spirit.
Relax, release, and receive as sound and water carry you into deep restoration.
We'll begin in the Community Room and then move to the indoor pool to float and enjoy the sound bath which will be offered by Community as Medicine's Amy Renee - Dearheart and Pauly Lama.
Please wear your swimsuit and bring a towel, water bottle, and change of clothes, if you would like.
Light refreshments will be offered as we share in community following the sound bath.
