November 2025 Monthly Membership

This membership is part of Phase 1 of The Northwest Nest—our effort to secure Cedar Lodge, a 17,000-square-foot, 100-year-old lakeside retreat center in Graham, WA.

We’re raising funds to cover rent for November 2025, which allows us to open the lodge daily from 9am–9pm for community access while we finalize long-term financing. Once the rent is covered, we can officially keep the doors open for members to use the space to work, rest, create, and connect.

Cedar Lodge already has everything: 14 bedrooms, a full industrial kitchen, a lakeside porch, lounge areas, and even a private swimming dock. But it needs community support now to stay in local hands.

Membership Details
We’re offering 250 November memberships. If at least 200 are sold, the lodge opens for daily community access all month.

If we don’t reach that number, every member will receive a coupon code for a free one-night mini retreat for our events beginning in 2026 OR will receive a full refund.

Why It Matters
Another investor wants to turn this space into a private care facility. We want to turn it into a community hub for artists, healers, and creative souls across the PNW.

Joining this membership doesn’t just keep the lights on , it’s how we prove to lenders that the interest is real. Every membership helps demonstrate to investors and banks that this project already has paying members, active use, and community demand behind it. The stronger our numbers this fall, the more leverage we have to secure the long-term business loan that will make The Northwest Nest fully operational.
