Tree of Lights Community Remembrance Service

Please join us for the 5th annual Tree of Lights Community Remembrance Service at Unity Medical Center. Names of loved ones lost will be read and broadcast live on KXPO. Attendees will receive an angel wings ornament for their loved one(s) to take home.

The UMC Foundation evergreen tree will be illuminated during the service in honor of those that have passed away and will remain lit throughout the holiday season.

Enter through DOOR #1 (ER/Main Entrance) and take elevators to the third floor.

Submit names by Wednesday, December 3:
- Boxes at the hospital ER/Main Entrance (Door #1), Grafton Family Clinic & Park River Family Clinic
- Mail to UMC Foundation at 164 W. 13th St., Grafton, ND 58237
