Sourdough Bread Workshop

We will explore the unique process of creating your own sourdough treats! Each participant will receive a starter and a jar, along with a beginner's guide to sourdough. We will cover the materials needed to make bread, the best flours for baking, and walk through the steps of feeding and maintaining a starter, creating your dough, stretch and folds, proofing, shaping, and baking your loaves. Since making bread takes time, this will be a demonstration rather than a hands-on class. We will bake near the end of the session, and each participant will have the chance to sample sourdough bread with various butters and jams.
