Sound & Flora Workshop

Join Becca & Shelby for this unique offering blending sound healing with botanicals! Attendees will be led through a guided meditation & sound bath, and then choose from locally-grown flowers to create a take-home bouquet representing their experience. Flowers are grown locally & regeneratively by the lovely Shelby Anderson of Super Moon Farm.
