Ladies kickboxing class

Hey ladies!

I’m Grace, I’ll be running a 6-week female kickboxing fitness class in Townsend, It’s perfect for complete beginners! We’ll meet every Saturday from 9am–10am and go over the basics in a fun, supportive space.

This class is for women aged 14 and up — whether you’re keen to move your body, learn some skills, or just do something for you each week.

All gear is provided, just bring a towel and water bottle. There’s also a spot where kids can hang out while we train.

I also offer one-on-one coaching if you'd prefer to start privately or focus on individual goals.
