Health and Wellbeing After the 2019/2020 Bushfires - HAVE YOUR SAY

The survey asks you how the fires affected your health, your recovery, your outlook, and how you're faring five years later.

You're eligible to participate if:

- You lived or worked in the Clarence Valley area during the 2019/2020 bushfires
- You're keen to share your experience
- You're over 16 years of age

If you haven't received the survey in the mail, you can drop in to complete it online, on paper, or with assistance at:

Mon 5 May: Grafton Library, 10am to 5pm

Tue 6 May: Baryulgil Services Hub, 10am-1pm

Tue 6 May: Copmanhurst Hall, 2pm-6pm

Wed 7 May: Maclean CWA, 1pm-4pm

Monash staff will be available to help with any questions. Gift cards offered for completed surveys.
