Breathwork, Meditation + Art

Join Becca, Leann, and Whitney for an afternoon of dropping into the body, working through the subconscious mind, and expressing what shows up through art. This workshop will begin with guided breathwork leading into a meditation, with time at the end to use various art mediums to express what came up. There will also be time for discussion and sharing.

This workshop is great for anyone looking to feel grounded, find clarity, and restore energy.
