- Friday 29 August at Bergsig, Academy, Rustenburg from 16:00-18:00
- Saturday 30 August at Konka Farm from 05h00 – 06:30 (R50 Surcharge on Late Entries, on Friday and Saturday)

- 13km – R180 - 07h00 - (ASA required)
- 10km – R160 - 07h00 - (ASA required)
- 5km – R100 - 07h05
- 2km – R60 - 07h05
