Come and celebrate the AUTUMN EQUINOX as you connect with your baby in nature in the beautiful woodland of Llangattock park, and open up their world to the sensory rich experience of being outdoors surrounded by nature. A beautiful outdoor session communing with nature, featuring forest bathing, a gentle walk, eco therapy, relaxation, mindfulness moments, breath work and a seasonal drink or tea ceremony to bring calm, peace, and a gentler, slower pace to your day.
Connecting with the wheel of the year and celebrating each season is a beautiful way to slow down, nurture yourself and your baby, notice the details and live in harmony with nature whilst soaking up the beauty all around us.
This session will focus on celebrating MABON or the last turn of the wheel of the year known as the AUTUMN EQUINOX, a time when day and night are perfectly balanced. As the Earth shifts from the warmth of Summer to the cooler embrace of Autumn, Mabon is a time of reflection when we focus on balance, gratitude, and the abundance of the harvest. Its the season of connecting with the cycles of nature and honouring the fruits of our labour, and preparing to rest for the darker months ahead.
This session is approximately 1.5 hours long and Includes guided forest bathing walk & mindfulness moments, snacks, seasonal drink, a take-home craft/nature activities & a guided relaxation under the trees.
Suitable for babies from birth - around 18mths-2 years old or still happy to be carried for a walk! Siblings, co-parents and toddlers welcome to come along too, please just let me know on the booking form so I can accommodate for extras. (£3 extra for a 2nd adult, £2 for an extra sibling/child over 18mths - additional babies or siblings under 18mths are free).
