As part of our centenary celebrations we have the pleasure of inviting you to a Flock Visit at Upper House Farm, home of the notable Hopton Flock!
Our kind hosts, John & Nigel Williams, welcome you to their farm in the beautiful Shropshire countryside to view their notable pedigee flock as well as the families Clun Mule commercial flocks with their rams.
The day will include trailer rides around the farm to view the sheep, stock judging, trimming demonstration, refreshments, raffle and more. Non Members very welcome!
Flock visit Refreshments will consist of Clun Forest lamb in a roll with stuffing and min sauce. Tea, Coffee, soft drinks, and cakes and biscuits.
IF ANYONE NEEDS AN ALTERNATIVE TO THE LAMB ROLL PLEASE LET STEPH KNOW WHEN LETTING HER KNOW YOU WILL BE ATTENDING THE FLOCK VISIT.
Later in the evening the Society AGM and Presidents Prize Giving Dinner will be held at The Corners Inn, Kingsland.
Meet & Greet: 5:00pm - 5:30pm
AGM: 5:30pm - 6:00pm
Dinner: 6:30pm
The dinner will be a Carvery plus desert which costs £30 per head for both courses.
Desert options: Profiteroles, Apple Crumble or Lemon Tart
Vegetarian Option: Mediterranean Vegetable Tart with Vegetarian Gravy
FULL PAYMENT FOR DINNER IS REQUIRED IN ADVANCE BY BACS OR CHEQUE.
