Come on doon! Whether you're a lifelong Glaswegian, a new arrival curious about the local dialect, or keen to write your own story in Scots, we want to see you! We're kicking off a series of writing drop-ins to gather stories for the next Greater Govanhill Magazine. This is a space for everyone—no matter who you are or where you're from—to share your voice and celebrate the vibrant, ever-evolving language of our city.
We'll hear from some published Scots writer's based in Govanhill, and beyond, as they speak about their work, the power of writing in Scots, and how our language evolves throughout time.
