This is a hands on workshop to help beekeepers make boxes from unassembled materials, frames, NUC boxes, wiring wooden full depth and WSP frames and embedding foundation wax.
This is the only workshop we have scheduled this year, so don’t miss out. A great opportunity to talk openly with other beekeepers regardless of their experience, you’ll be able to pick up some handy tips. The work stations will be rotated so we can get people across all aspects of beekeeping hardware.
15 mins easy drive from the roundabout in Goulburn to Middle Arm Community Hall.
Cost is $15 per person which includes a sausage sizzle and drink. Extra drinks can be purchased for $2 please bring cash only. There is no mobile reception at the hall. Let us know you’re coming and if you’re bringing along others, family/friends etc, or you’ll be snagless.
Bring your unassembled parts and we’ll help you put them together. Bring your Wire cutter, hammer with your name in it. Foundation wax.
Hair needs to be tied up, no loose clothing, shoes must be closed in. NO thongs or sandals these are requirements for insurance purposes.
First Aid officer will be onsite but would prefer no blood 🩸 on the work, as she’ll be busy helping out.
Will confirm next week if we have Ecrotek coming with Michael from Goulburn Ag, Horse & Pet. A reminder our club members get 10% off when you show your blue card.
Parking is on the Manion Rd entry (second entrance)
