About the event

Somatic Yoga - 90 min class - Whole Body

This class will focus on gentle movement for the entire mind/body nurturing. Please join us as we learn gentle and easy stress relieving stretches and somatic movement in this 90 min class!

-90 min class
-5:30pm to 7pm
-$10 per person
-Yoga mats and supports provided however please feel free to bring your own if you would like to!
