EXHIBITION Vernissage ✨

💙💛 In May, we celebrate the International Embroidery Day and the Day of Vyshyvanka in Ukraine!
To immerse yourself in the rich world of our culture and history, we invite you to an exhibition of traditional Ukrainian towels dedicated to these events.

If you want to find out where the Ukrainian nation originated, if you want to touch an ancient, mystical tradition, you should visit our exhibition.

We will be happy to show you a part of this great heritage - the towels that families from Ukraine have passed on to us. The exhibition will be held at the Symbiont Gallery in Gothenburg.

The opening programme:
• Exhibition of traditional towels
• A mini-exhibition and sale of works by Ukrainian artists
• Workshop ‘Embroidery of an ornament on a T-shirt’ with Ukrainian and Swedish embroiderers (donation for the workshop is from 100 SEK - if you paint your own clothes and from 200 SEK - if you paint a T-shirt provided by us)
• Themed Quiz
• A fair with themed souvenirs from Ukrainian craftsmen

• Body art (aqua make-up) on the theme of embroidery as part of the exhibition! 🎨✨ All proceeds will go to a charity project for children from Ukraine - a summer camp for 200 children organised by HUG @help_ukraine_gbg💙💛

Don't miss it!!! 📅 On 24 May, 11.00-17.00, the exhibition opens at the Symbiont Gallery. The exhibition will also be open on 31.05 and 14.06 from 12:00 to 16:00. Visit and be sure to treat yourself to some goodies from our incredible Maria.
