Ceremonial tea-circle
You are invited to connect with yourself, the circle and the existence, with support of the tea plant, its energy, and being held in the space of the ceremony.
The core of the time together is the tea ceremony, where we will sit in a meditative space being served and drinking tea. We start with introducing the tea, as well as connecting with our bodies, minds and spirits through movements and sounds. We close with a sharing circle, giving space for putting experiences into words, as well as being heard and listen to each other.

About the facilitator:
Maria Björnberg has been practising tea ceremonies since 2019, when she for a period lived in Brighton, the UK, at a tea centre. Since then, tea ceremonies have been an important part of her life, mostly for herself, but every now and then also serving other. Last few years she has been living in Gothenburg, Sweden, and has been involved in Women’s circles, both online and onsite. Before arriving back to Sweden and the world of architecture and urban planning, she worked as a yoga teacher and sound healer for three years living in the UK, holding weekly classes, regular workshops, and a couple of retreats. At this point in her life she feels ready to start share and hold space more again, and you are invited!
