Welcome to our 3-Hour Workshop: Advanced Foundations in Bachata!
In this class, we’ll focus on improving your solo bachata technique and helping you feel more confident in your dancing.

During the workshop, we will:
✔️ Practice using the floor to enhance your movement
✔️ Explore how to isolate and control the hips, chest, and shoulders
✔️ Learn how to connect these body movements with your footwork

This is the perfect workshop if you're ready to take your basics to the next level and bring more flow, control, and expression into your dancing!

Level: intermediate and forward / Level 3 and forward
