The Veterans Big Dip

Come join us for our annual veterans big dip at Browndown camp.

Anyone still serving veterans or family members mad enough can come down for this cold water dip.

09.00-09.30am arrival
09.30am move to beach area few exercises and some whim hoff style breathing
09.50am move to the waters edge
10am grab the hands of the people stood beside you this is key to show our solidarity with each other.

10.30 brews and breakfast baps back at the battery to warm up with.
