What?
Many studios and teachers use sound and music during their classes, however Emily brings her knowledge from a range of yoga disciplines, techniques and methods to offer a dynamic and unique music-driven form of Yoga, infusing a sacred practice with engaging rhythms. Emily encourages students to find their own inner rhythm, allowing them to release emotional tension and blockages through movement. This class is designed to build strength, core stability, power, and flexibility within an unapologetic and empowering Yoga experience.
Who?
Emily is passionate about delivering authentic, real and playful yoga experiences. Drawing upon her experiences and knowledge organizing and hosting classes, workshops and retreats, from across the world, Emily is bringing her warehouse nights to her hometown of Portsmouth for a monthly modern wellness session. Each session is expertly curated down to the last detail. This is a super-stimulating, comprehensive and playful way to elevate your yoga practice.

Please note: In the event of extreme bad weather, if the ramparts are closed we will be moved inside the castle.
