Sound baths are powerful practices that promote inner peace, mental clarity, and emotional well-being. Each session includes a sound bath using a selection of different instruments, with guided breathwork and meditation.
The Sound Bath Session will be themed on the Full Moon.
What to bring with you & what to wear ~
- Mats and blankets are provided. (Please feel free to bring your own).
- If you would like to bring a pillow for comfort, please do.
- A bottle of water.
- Eye Pillow if you have one or a face cloth to cover the eyes. (This is personal preference and optional).
- Please wear comfortable warm clothing.

You are welcomed to arrive 5 minutes before the start time to get settled in for the session.
