Due to increased interest, I’m excited to add an extra weekly Qigong class every Wednesday at 7:15pm!
Qigong is more than gentle movement, it’s a practice of mind-body-soul integration that helps you feel relaxed, balanced, and uplifted.
🍂 As autumn begins, it’s the perfect time to nourish your health and wellbeing with this calming and balancing practice.

"Aneta's Qigong class is an exercise that is gentle on the body. Its slow deliberate movements are a meditation in itself.
Aneta has spaced each of us carefully, to enable us to follow her every move, as well as talking through the positioning of the hands, for example, to enable the flow, akin to a dance.
The room is perfect for the class, open to the roof space with beams exposed, and it's soft, non-slip flooring.
I loved the friendliness of my fellow attendees and a very good teacher.
