LIFE LAB: Ageing Well

Finding hope, meaning and purpose in our later years is what we care about and we invite you to join us for a LifeLab on “Ageing Well” this August.

Free to attend, this event across three afternoons is open to all who are in their older years and is hosted by Emma Sneddon and Holy Rood’s Young At Heart team.

Each session will include a talk and time to share and reflect with others as much or little as you feel comfortable. It is also a wonderful opportunity also to share your life experience and wisdom with others!

Session 3: Loss, grief and death, the final frontier
