Experience the combination of conscious connected breath work and the sounds of the gong .The intension of this journey is to provide a safe space to deeply relax to let go,open the heart ,reset the body and to help bring about balance. I will guide you to consciously connect to your breath,whilst focusing on specific pranayama to create a sense of calm through your body, relaxing your mind allows inspiration and transformation to flourish in the present moment.
The Gong sounds produce healing frequencies that will activate your parasympathetic nervous system which allows the body to rest,restore and repair. These frequencies slow our brainwaves down and helps to bring about balance and relieve stress and anxiety.
The deep Gong sound bath will follow on from the breath work .
You will leave feeling restored, and rebalanced .
