At Steppin’ UP, body positivity isn’t just a theme - it’s the heartbeat of everything we do. Through street, hip hop, and commercial dance, we empower young people to feel confident in who they are, inside and out.
This year, we’re fundraising to support ALL our groovers in feeling strong, seen, and self-loving through two amazing new projects:
✨ Body Positivity Journals – Specially designed with love, care, and age-appropriate prompts to help every dancer reflect, grow, and glow from within.
📸 Feel-Good Photo Shoot – A celebration of self-love, confidence, and what our groovers' amazing bodies can do, not just how they look.
We know how tough it is for young people today - especially in sports and dance - to accept and love their bodies. We’re here to change that narrative, and we need your help.
💃 To support this mission, we're hosting a 6K Strut on 9th August through Alver Valley Country Park to mark 6 years of Steppin’ UP - and we’re inviting our community to walk and strut with us in raising funds!
