Weekly Yoga

This yoga practice brings together hatha and yin yoga with the cycles and themes of the Christian liturgical year.

Series 1 is a celebration of “Season of Creation,” which ends with the Feast of Saint Francis, who inspires us to befriend other saints who help us love Creation. Our practice will feature poses inspired by the elements (earth, wind, fire, and air).

Registration is required for this seven-session series. Single sessions are $15, or register for the entire series at the reduced price of $13/session.
