Attuning to the Seasons - Autumn

The natural rhythm of the seasons and the cycle of life and death within them mirrors the spiritual and emotional depth and complexity of our inner life. As it is in nature and in life, each season holds together the possibility and promise of transformation.

This is one of a four-part series of retreats. Each retreat will include space for group reflection and solitude, with guided questions and optional activities related to the seasonal theme.
