Entrance is to the left of the main GoDance door. Walk up the stairs & we’ll be in the dance studio.

We use the tools of gentle stretching, yin yoga & somatic movement to guide you back to your body. Leaving you feeling grateful for your breath & existence in this body while you’re in it.
I would love to have you join us if that sounds like something you would like or need to experience.

Things You Need to Know:
• Class starts promptly at 6pm so please arrive at least 5 minutes beforehand to grab a spot & get situated before we begin class.
Doors open at 5:50pm.

To reserve a spot you’re welcome to DM me or by paying ahead of time adding the date you’re wanting to attend.

• Wear clothing you can move comfortably in.
• Make sure to bring your own yoga mat.
