Contemplative Practices in Four Traditions

Contemplative Practices in Four Traditions will explore spiritual practices in Judaism, Nature, Christianity, and Buddhism. Participants may register for all four or choose one or more individual sessions to attend. Each week we will delve into a different tradition through an overview of its spiritual practices. We will then experience two of the contemplative practices from that tradition, followed with time for reflection and sharing.

Facilitated by Ruth Judy, this program is designed for adults interested in different faiths and their contemplative practices, and who are looking for ways to enhance their own practices. Registration is required. Learn more at
