During this extended practice, you’ll be guided through gentle Yin Yoga postures designed to release tension and encourage deep relaxation. As your body unwinds, you’ll transition into the soothing practice of Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation that invites profound rest and inner calm.
Expect to leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and with practical tools to support your wellbeing beyond the mat. This is your invitation to slow down, nurture yourself, and experience the art of letting go. Mats and props provided—just bring yourself, a small cushion and blanket.
What to Expect:
Yin Yoga: Slow, intentional poses where we sink in for several minutes to open and nourish connective tissues, improve flexibility, and invite deep relaxation.
Yoga Nidra: A guided meditation practice that leads you into conscious deep rest, promoting emotional balance, stress relief, and mental clarity.
We meet in the cosy Garden Room of Goring Village Hall.
Places are offered on a first come, first served basis, upon receipt of payment, to be fair to all.
If it is the first time you have attended one of my classes, you will need to complete a brief Health Form.
