Pregnancy Yoga

Join a supportive and nurturing space to move, breathe, and connect with your changing body and growing baby. This weekly class blends gentle yoga, breathwork, and relaxation techniques to support you through pregnancy and prepare you for birth and beyond.

Pregnancy yoga is for all women after 12 weeks of pregnancy. Wear something comfortable and bring some water.

Classes are taught in a friendly environment and offer the perfect opportunity to meet some new local mums to be!
