Long Swim from The Swan - 1km

Join me for a supported downstream swim, meeting at 9.
walk 1km upstream and then swim 1km downstream to the Swan to get out, with time to change and have a hot drink.
finish time 1030.

There is the option to join the swim at 500m if you'd like to swim less, or for those who want to swim further, to swim upstream also (with prior arrangement). There are various 'get out' points should you wish to get out and walk back to the coppa club.
Time - up to 1h to cover the swim.

The use of changing facilities, sauna, steam room are included as is a hot drink after the swim.

This guided session offers the chance of a supported 1km swim experiencing a point to point swim. We will utilise the different speeds of flow in different points of the river to our advantage.

Jo will also cover some sighting points, how to navigate boat traffic and other water users




you should be able to swim 1km in a pool.
