Jessica Lee Morgan is an accomplished Singer & Songwriter who plays guitar, piano, violin, saxophone and more in venues around the world. Its not surprising she has the music genes for she comes from a very famous musical family. Her mum is Mary Hopkin, whose record *Those Were the Days *produced by Paul McCartney went straight to number 1 and sold over 8 million copies, launching a Welsh folk singer into international stardom. That’s mum. Jessica’s dad is Tony Visconti who produced all the hits of David Bowie, plus many other folk and acoustic performers of the 60s/70s, Jessica has just written a book called “You know what you should do!” in which she writes about what it was like to grow up in a famous family, with George Harrison as a neighbour, and hanging out with Bowie, plus the downside like trying to go to the supermarket with mum, without getting demands for autographs. On Friday October 10th at the Morrell Room in Streatley High Street RG8 9HT, Jessica will be reading extracts from her book, sharing stories, and singing some of most her popular songs.
