Pottery Class - One Time Wheel Group Class!

Just a taste of the craft! Come and learn to throw clay on the wheel. You'll learn how to form a pot (think bowls, cups, small plates) with stoneware clay! Your clay is pre-prepared and the pot you choose to be fired will be trimmed and glazed for you in your choice of studio colors! Make as many pieces as you like and choose your best to save. You are able to keep one piece from your lesson.

Your group will have up to 4 total participants, so you will receive lots of personal instruction. :)

This class includes instruction, up to 3 pounds of clay, glaze, and firing. This class does not qualify you for a studio membership, but can be counted to your 5-class total!



Pieces take a week or two to dry fully before being fired for the first time! Expect your creation to be ready for pickup in 3-4 weeks!

Wear clothes you're okay getting a little dirty. It's just fancy mud--it washes out. :) Short nails recommended!



*Minors ages 10-17 are welcome, but must be accompanied by an adult unless you have written permission otherwise. We do have kid-specific classes where adults are free to drop off and pick up their students.
