Friday Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Do you want to build strength, find balance & focus and create suppleness in body & mind?

Then join me bright and early every Friday morning in the beautiful Olive Room for Vinyasa Flow Yoga.

We will move through a flowing sequence of poses designed to challenge you mentally and physically while also creating space in the body by allowing any blocked energy to flow freely.
The breath is our guide, synchronising breath with movement throughout the practice which will anchor you into the present moment.

This practice can be challenging at times but beginners are very welcome to join and see what it’s all about.

My students love to start their day by firing up their bodies and centering their minds!

All mats & props provided.
Just wear comfortable clothing you can easily move in.
