Reiki has been rediscovered in the last 120 years and is a complete holistic treatment to balance the energy meridians and chakras. This in turn treats and heals the whole body - physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Profound results have been achieved using Reiki and indeed it is recognised and used as a complementary treatment in hospitals and hospices worldwide.
Reiki 1 can be used by everyone no matter religion, creed, colour, sex and this is a course that allows students to tap into their natural gifts and learn to heal themselves first and foremost . You will receive clear structure and guidance on how to give healing to yourself and others that is powerful and safe. The first degree opens up your Healing Channels and allows you to channel Reiki for yourself and others.
The main focus for Reiki 1 students, is to learn to experience the Reiki energy for themselves, through Self-Healing (although you will learn how to heal others as well). Attunement is followed by a 21-day chakra cleanse and self-healing.
