Day – Arrival 10.30am for a 10.45am start – PLEASE NOTE THIS IS STARTING 1 HR EARLIER TO FINISH IN TIME FOR THOSE AFAR GETTING BACK FOR SCHOOL PICK UP

Night - Arrival 6.45pm for a 7pm start


This is a Sacred Women’s Circle space, where Sisters come together to sit with other Sisters. As Women have done down through the ages of time.

Rituals of Smudging, Meditation to dive into your heart space & feeling body & to speak freely from your deep Ancient Knowing are a part of this Circle.

The extra offering at this Women’s Sacred Circle is to briefly touch on the 5 Rhythms, based on the work by Gabrielle Roth. Weeks could be spent going through and learning her teachings. With only a couple hours together in Sacred Space, it will be the very basics of each rhythm shared.

This is through dance or through movement (should your body not be capable to fully dance in this moment). Whatever capacity you have to move, weather it be just your arms or your legs, you will very much still benefit from the 5 Rhythms.

In this space, through music and rhythm, you will be guided from your heart and soul to move your body to your own dance. The mind will get to take a back seat here.
We will dance together with eyes shut. No one will be watching.

I will be limiting this Circle to 10 women, due to the floor space we have available.

During the Sacred Circle prior to the movement and dance, there is also an offering for you to speak from your heart space, “The Voice In You”. While being heard, seen, supported, held energetically & witnessed in your heart’s truth & deep soul knowing, by the other women, without judgement.

You are never alone.

LOCATION - The CWA Hall, 92 Norman Street, Gordonvale. The Hall is set back slightly off the street and is located next door to the library.


WHAT TO BRING
Cushion to sit on; Water bottle/s; Small plate of afternoon tea or supper to share; Journal or Notebook (optional); Something/s personal to you to place on the altar. This might be crystals, photo’s, pictures, sacred objects, guidance cards, Rune Stones, Something Symbolic to you; Flower offerings from your garden are always graciously appreciated to help beautify the space; (All of your altar items return home with you); wear comfortable dance/movement clothing. Wear clothing that you can move around in easily and be comfortable in.


Disclaimer – Please note, I am not a fully qualified 5 rhythm dance instructor. That involves years of training. I’ve been blessed with being introduced to this work some 19+ years ago by my dear friend and mentor Velvet. Many hours of dance sweating my prayers, using this as a practice and extra tool in my toolbox kit. A passion I love to share.
