Join us as we celebrate another amazing year of strength, sisterhood, and sweat! This family-friendly event is all about fun, connection, and gratitude for the women who show up day after day—and a chance to reconnect with those we haven’t seen in a while!

🕐 Time: Come to workout at 7 and stay (or join!) for the party at 8:00 AM - 9:30 AM
📍 Location: John McCants Veterans Park 355 Anita Dr. Goose Creek aka Freedom Field
We’ll have potluck-style food, lawn games, and playground fun for the kids, and some recognition to honor our fierce FiA sisters. Bring your family, your favorite dish to share, and anything else that will help us party in style—think pop-up tents, lawn chairs, coolers, reusable water balloons, games, and good vibes!
