About the Goondiwindi Photography Club
The Goondiwindi Photography Club is a vibrant group of passionate amateur photographers based in the Goondiwindi region. United by a love for capturing moments — whether with cameras or smartphones — our members come from diverse walks of life, including farming, education, and emergency services.
We’re committed to developing our photographic skills through workshops, friendly competitions, and shared learning experiences. From birdwatching and landscapes, to creative post-processing and experimental techniques, our interests are broad and ever evolving.
Our latest street photography exhibition reflects this diversity. Inspired by the character and light of our local towns—Goondiwindi, Yelarbon, Inglewood, Texas, Talwood, Bungunya, and Toobeah—these images tell unique stories from the streets we explore together. These road trips double as both learning opportunities and social adventures, enriched by the guidance of experienced photographers like Wayne Pratt.
Whether you're behind a lens or a phone, we believe photography should be creative, bold, and most of all—fun!
All works in this exhibition are printed on quality archival paper and inks, ensuring they last for generations to come.
