For Day 12 the Goondiwindi State High School Run Club steps up for a bigger purpose – raising awareness for the mental health of our local and regional men.

Before meeting them, I’ll be knocking out 10km to set the tone for the day, before sharing the final stretch of Day 12’s run with this incredible group. Whether they choose to run 3, 5, or 10km doesn’t matter – it’s about moving with purpose and being part of something bigger than ourselves.

Proud to have the next generation backing this mission, proving that every step counts in the fight for mental health.
