This 12-week program is for anyone who’s tired of the food and body noise taking up so much mental space, of feeling stuck in the cycle of dieting and binging, or of feeling like they’ll never be able to trust or feel happy in their own body. It’s a space where we’ll gently unlearn the noise of diet culture and start to rebuild a relationship with food and your body that feels peaceful, nourishing, and free.
Each week, we’ll explore the rules and beliefs that are holding you back, journal through your thoughts and emotions, and share openly in a supportive group of women who truly understand. You’ll have my guidance alongside you, but also the reminder that you’re not alone in this. 🫶
By the end of our time together, you’ll feel safer around food, more compassionate toward your body, and more confident in listening to yourself. You’ll walk away with tools and insights that last far beyond the program — because this isn’t about a quick fix.
