"Taste of the Ranch" with Cannon Valley Ranch

You are invited to a wonderful afternoon spent on the Cannon Valley Ranch, with our longtime friends, the Waugh family. This event is co-hosted by Jack's Bottle Shop and yours truly, Bleu Duck Kitchen!

Enjoy a beautiful wagon ride touring the property, followed by a five-course meal served family style. The meal will be paired with a delectable series of wines, thoughtfully curated by Jack from Jack's Bottle Shop and Joel Nelson of The Wine Company. Wines will be available for purchase!

Cannon Valley Ranch is situated in picturesque SE Minnesota. Surrounded by rolling hills and pastures, the farm is a haven for their Angus & Akaushi (Wagyu) cattle. Dedicated to sustainable and ethical practices, CVR ensures that their cattle enjoy a natural habitat, while their regenerative grazing maintains and builds soil health. The cattle's diet is supplemented with a balanced finishing ration including grains, forage, and vitamins. This care, combined with decades of genetic improvement, results in premium beef with incredible tenderness and flavor. This farm-to-plate wholesomeness that reflects their commitment to excellence.
