Gonzales - Mindful Chair Yoga

At Mary Bird Perkins in Gonzales, we offer an array of free services for survivors and caregivers with the goal of helping you live a full and meaningful life during and after treatment. As a part of this program, we offer a mindful yoga class to improve strength, balance and promote mindfulness.
