This is his first time teaching here, and will be his only event here this year.
The intensive is Saturday and Sunday, Aug 9&10 2025, with two Saidi workshops Saturday and two Dabke workshops Sunday. The package includes all four workshops and the Saturday evening gala show.
Saturday:
10am12pm:
3 paths
A workshop for all the different levels! The
students will understand what the 3 main
influences to Saidi dance.
Choreography is not included, only combos and techniques to study.
12pm-1pm - Lunch
1pm-3pm:
Saidi Master
A Workshop focused in showing how you
can mix different styles in Saidi dance and
why we use those styles.
Choreography included.
Sunday:
10am-12pm:
Dabke Basics
Ideal to initiate the students on Dabke
dance and culture. The students will learn
about the main characteristics for Dabke 1
hit, 2 hits and Palestinian.
Choreography is not included.
12pm-1pm - Lunch
1pm-3pm:
Dabke Master
To all levels! The students will learn a
choreography built to be challenging but
without excluding the new dancers. (Dabke
2 hits)
Space is limited.
Individual workshops: $85 each.
