We are hosting a BIATHLON COACHING COURSE in Golden on Oct 19 & 20! Whohoooo! Are you in?
Help support our biathlon programs and join as a coach! No biathlon experience needed. We use electronic rifles that are safe and quiet.
Save the date: Sunday, October 19 (9 am - 5 pm) and Monday, October 20 (5 - 9 pm).
If you join our biathlon coaches' team and lead biathlon sessions with us this season, the club will cover the course fee for you.
Requirements:
- Basic cross-country skiing ability (comfortable going around the Beaver / Chickadee loop)
- Complete several NCCP online modules
- Criminal Record Check clearance from the police
- Commit to helping coach at least 4 sessions to adults and/or youth (ages 8 and up)
- Minimum age is 14 years old
- Club membership (10+ volunteer hours give you discount on next season's membership)
