Ever dreamed of “rehearsing being in Italy” having a real-life, hands-on experience? I am running an Italian Traveller Workshop to learn speaking Italian through roleplaying in a small group of Italian enthusiasts.
TIME & PLACE:
Saturday 12 July 2025, Secret Harbour Square shopping centre.
9 am – 11 am (Dome Café Meeting room - Upstairs) 10' break half way through.
11 am – 12 pm (Next- door shops)

CONTENT:
• Practical tips and strategies for effective, every-day Italian conversations. No grammar in this workshop as it's specifically designed to "put you in the scene" as if you really went to Italy!
• Everyday scenarios for you to practice, such as Introducing and talking about yourself, Speaking with others and keep the Italian conversation going, Ordering coffee and food, Shopping for clothes, and more.
• Multiple chances for you to rehearse "being in Italy" in a safe, relaxed space so that you'll have already experienced talking on the spot when you finally go to Italy.
LEVEL: Beginner-friendly and also perfect for higher levels. Different levels will blend in and practice conversation in the same scenarios (as it happens in real life).
MATERIAL: You will get handouts to guide you through conversations set at the Dome café and at the Shopping centre.
COFFEE: Please order some coffee/food before we start (ask the staff to bring it to the meeting room). This will make our conversations more real.
